Double room in maisonette

There are 3 double rooms up for grabs in our lovely flat in Redland! One room will be available Mid-November, the other 2 will be available beginning of December.

We're situated a 2 mins walk from Gloucester Road, 15 mins from town and 10 mins to Whiteladies. Also, right next door to Redland station and Cotham Gardens park is just behind the house.

The flat consists of a dining room, lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, four bedrooms and a utility room. All communal areas are fully furnished (including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher). Bedroom 1 is unfurnished but Bedrooms 2 & 3 you can purchase some of the furniture from the previous tenant (bed frame, mattress etc). The rent is £450 per month, plus £115 bills.

I've lived in this lovely flat for 3.5 years and the time has come for my 3 housemates to fly the nest! I know what you're thinking, but I haven't done anything wrong I swear! They're moving out to live with their partner, move to London and go travelling 💕 I'm 28, and work for a branding agency in Bristol. We've built a really lovely space whilst being here and it truly feels like a home, so I'm looking for someone who will add to this.

We've enjoyed cosy nights in front of a trashy reality show, wild swims, rating supermarket tiramisu's and the odd pub night. I'd love someone who’s up for socialising, but don't want this to be a party house as I simply can't hack it anymore 🙃

I'd like someone who's respectful of each others down time and personal space, but also wants to chill out in the evenings. We've always kept a clean home and all do our bit so would love someone to continue that.
On-street parking permits are available.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept students or those with pets as it is against our tenancy agreement.
