Double room in maisonette

We have two double rooms up for grabs in our lovely flat in Redland! One room will be available November, the other will be available December.

We're situated a 2 mins walk from Gloucester Road, 15 mins from town and 10 mins to Whiteladies. Also, right next door to Redland station and Cotham Gardens park is just behind the house - perfect for a summer evening BBQ!

The flat consists of a large dining room, generously sized lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, four bedrooms and a utility room. All communal areas are fully furnished (including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) however, the bedroom is unfurnished. The rent is £450 per month, plus £115 bills.

You'll be sharing with 2 gals aged 28. We're both professionals working in media and branding. We've already built a really lovely space whilst being here and it truly feels like a home, so we're looking for someone who will fit right in and add to this.

We enjoy cosy nights in front of a trashy reality show, wild swims, rating supermarket tiramisu's and the odd pub night. We'd love someone who’s up for socialising, but we’re not really a party house these days!

We're respectful of each others down time and personal space and are looking for someone who is the same, but also wants to chill out in the evenings. We're pretty tidy gals, and like to keep the communal areas clean aka doing our washing up in good time and making sure there bathroom is in good knick!

On-street parking permits are available.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept students or those with pets as it is against our tenancy agreement.
