I am searching for a female flatmate to share my clean, tidy & well equipped Garden Flat which is well maintained and just a one minute walk from Whiteladies Road.

My new flatmate will have the option to make use of a medium sized room as a study which has extra space for your possessions if required.

The single bedroom has a chest of drawers, wardrobe & a single bed. New bedlinen is provided. The mattress is new & comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven/gas hob.

Modern television with Sky TV, Netflix & wifi.

Gas central heating with an open gas log fire in the lounge.
Double glazed windows throughout.

Bathroom with a bath & shower over.

Washing machine & tumble dryer.
Outside washing line.

There are good transport links & many amenities very close by.

I have one parking space available which is located at the rear of the property.

An outside shed is available for bike storage.
Decking area at the rear of the house which catches the sun in the afternoon. Garden furniture/ loungers.

I take responsibility for cleaning all of the communal areas.

I have friendly neighbours and the area has many open spaces close by as well as cafès and shops.
