Hi everyone!

I’m excitingly in the process of buying my first place so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this gorgeous flat. The landlord is fully aware and very happy with the changeover. I’ve called this place home for the past 6 years, so it’s definitely a bittersweet move it’s been such a special space!

✨ The Room & Flat
* Bright attic bedroom in a 3-bed flat
* Rent: £667 + bills (around £150 depending on the season – includes gas, electricity, council tax, water & internet)
* Deposit: £769.60 (5 weeks rent)
The flat itself is super cosy and well set up:
* A really bright and comfy living room
* Fully equipped kitchen (everything you could need!)
* Main bathroom with a bath 🛁
* Plus a second handy downstairs toilet which means we’re never getting in each other way in the mornings.

📅 Timing
* Lease officially starts 12th May
* BUT I may be able to move out earlier depending on my purchase timeline (I’ll know more very soon!)
* I’ve already paid rent up to 11th May, so if you move in earlier we can just pro-rata what’s already covered

* 5-minute walk to Whiteladies Road
* Close to Sainsbury’s, Clifton Down station & shopping centre

Two lovely girls in their mid–late 20s:
* Both have their own lives but enjoy a chat and spending time together
* Martha works as a paralegal and it out of the house 4 days a week and Emily is in a wfh role
* The flat has always been a friendly, welcoming space (I’ve made some amazing friends here over the years 💛)

💫 About You
We’re really looking for someone who’ll treat this as a home, not just a place to stay:
* Ideally female, late 20s / early 30s
* Up for a kitchen catch-up or a glass of wine on a Friday 🍷
* But also happy doing your own thing
* Not a party house
* Respectful and tidy
* Minimal communal belongings (storage is a bit tight!)
* No students or couples, sorry
