Room available in top floor 3 bed flat Redland

Looking for a new housemate to fill our spare room as my housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

The room available is an attic bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat. The rent is £667 + bills (they come to around £150 depending on the season and include gas, electricity, council tax, water and internet).

Deposit is 5 weeks rent £769.60

The communal living room is very bright and cosey, kitchen is full of everything you could need, we have a main bathroom (with a bath) and a smaller toilet downstairs so we never get in each other’s ways in the mornings.

The new lease starts on the 12th December but my housemate is likely moving out at the end of November so she’d be happy to negotiate a date that works if earlier is prefered.

Location:
The flat is a gorgeous 3 bed flat situated in Redland (Whiteladies rd is a 5 minutes walk away - Sainsburys, Clifton Down station/ Shopping Centre and Bus stops all within walking distance). Great central location to be able to walk into town/ harbourside.

Flatmates:
I’ve lived here about 6 years and over the years made some really good friends with the previous tenants. I’m looking for someone who wants to make the place their home too.

There’s another tenant moving into the 3rd bedroom on the 12th December (29, F, we found prior to putting this ad up, she’ll be WFH mostly - with some travel). I work out the house in office but will WFH 1 day a week in the New Year). Ideally we’d like to find someone who works in office or just 1 day a week from home so it doesn’t feel too cramped.

About you:
The flat is very much our home so I would need to make sure you’re the right fit.

Ideally looking for a female (late 20s/ early 30s). Someone who’s open to a gossip in the kitchen, a bottle of wine on a Friday evening but also happy to do their own thing. This is not a party house I’m afraid, Someone who doesn’t come with lots of communal items/ things as we don’t have the storage space for these but of course you’d be welcome to store in room. Someone who’d respect our home! No students or couples I’m afraid.
