Room in Spacious Flat, Redland

Hello!

My name is Hannah and I am a live-in landlady looking for someone to share my spacious two bedroom flat with. The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from Clifton Downs and is just a couple of minutes away from Whiteladies road. There is a bus stop within just a few minutes walk and Clifton Down station is an approx. 10 minutes walk.

I am currently working on redecorating my kitchen and am keen to find someone to move in with me after this has been completed. I am uncertain of exact dates right now but should be done by mid April.

I am a kind and caring 32 year old, who loves to help others, being a counsellor/psychotherapist. I also have interests in physical and spiritual wellbeing. I live a busy and independent life, going to work, doing various activities (martial arts, climbing, running, gym), getting out and about, and socialising with family and friends. I also have a boyfriend who regularly visits the flat.

I am looking for a female who is a professional/post graduate student, who will be reliable - a reference from a landlord/agency and employer will be required. Also, someone who is friendly who is up for helping to continue making this flat a comfortable and enjoyable environment to be in - and also tidy!

Bills are approx. £115 for council tax, £40-70 for electricity (depending on the season), £24 for water, £15 for broadband and £7.50 for TV license, all per person. Street parking is available at about £18 a month, depending on your vehical.
