LOCATION
I live in the attic flat of an old Victorian house just off the Downs, so there's lots of green space nearby. It's a great location, within easy walking distance of Whiteladies Road and Henleaze, very near good bus routes.

THE FLAT
You will be sharing a pleasant, spacious, light flat in a quiet neighbourhood with one other person. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooking equipment, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and shared bathroom with shower over bath. There is residents' on-street parking (permit required).

THE ROOM
The available room has an extra-long double bed (European measurement) with Casper mattress; a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bookcase, armchair, desk with chair and under-bed storage box. The window looks over quiet back gardens and has a blackout blind.

ABOUT ME
I'm a professional woman who works from home several days a week. I'd say I'm a friendly introvert. I am pretty eco-conscious and would really welcome a lodger who is too.
