Small double room in GREAT location - Bills Inc.

I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom in the next few weeks in my lovely Bristol flat. The location is great – just a 2-minute walk off Whiteladies Road, with on-street permit parking available. There’s also a front garden which gets surprisingly sunny and is great for a morning coffee when the weathers nice ☀️

The room is a small double with a comfortable double bed. The flat itself is on the smaller side and has a combined kitchen/living space, so it’s really important that whoever moves in is clean, tidy and respectful of shared areas. That said, the flat has beautiful high ceilings and big windows, so it feels light, airy and homely.

A bit about me: I’m Bristol-born and currently work just outside the city. I go to the gym, love being outdoors, and I’m hoping to find someone who treats the flat as a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Ideally you’d be someone who’s happy to occasionally share a coffee, a drink, or a cosy dinner in front of the TV, while still being independent and doing your own thing.

Unfortunately the flat wouldn’t suit someone who works from home, due to space. I can be flexible with the start date for the right person.
