Hey everyone,
I’m looking to once again rent out my second bedroom over the next few weeks.
The flat is in a great location, around a 2 minute walk off of Whiteladies Road, on street permit parking is available, and I also have a (sometimes very sunny) front garden.
The room itself is a small double, with a 3/4 double bed. The flat itself only has one reception room/kitchen combined so its important the person is clean and tidy, and respectful of the space. Although it is on the smaller side the flat has lovely high ceilings and big windows.
About me - I work here in Bristol and I’m also from Bristol originally. I would love to meet someone who treats the flat as their home, not just a house. I love going to the gym, getting outdoors and would love to meet someone who’s happy to share a coffee, drink or dinner in front of the TV from time to time.
Unfortunately this flat would not be suitable from someone who works from home. I am able to be flexible with start date for the right person, so please let me know a bit about yourself in a message and why you think you’d be a good fit for the flat :) FEMALE PREFERRED, open to pets also. Thanks ☺️
