One small double bedroom in 2 bed flat, Redland.

Large shared living room/kitchen.

This is a comfy, laid back flat - ideal for plant lovers.

Only one other tenant (myself).
I'm a young professional, I usually work a 9-5 Monday to Friday at the office and occasionally working from home. I'm pretty quiet and like an evening in. Ideally looking for someone who is also quiet and fairly laid back, tidy, and open to weird documentaries.
I'm not vegan (sorry animals).

Building has a communal garden and a fair few other flats, but the neighbours are lovely and really quiet - we occasionally go for a pint which would be lovely to pick back up again.

Really central location which is a five minute walk away from Redland train station and a stone's throw from Gloucester Road. This is a really nice neighbourhood and very convenient location-wise.
