It would suit a professional female ior mature student.
The local amenities are great with cafes, a cinema, pubs and Waitrose within walking distance. The downs and Gloucester road also a short walk.
I have shared this property for many short term and longer term flatshares and it's always been fun and a positive experience!
I like the gym, outdoors , all things healthy and good catch up with friends in coffee shops !!
