Double room available in Redland

Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to fill the room that I have available from 4th May.

The flat is situated on a quiet, leafy road in Redland, just a stone's throw away from the Downs and within walking distance of Whiteladies Road. The flat itself is beautiful & spacious, enjoying lovely views from the 2nd floor. On street parking is available without a permit.

The room is furnished and the flat includes a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. I’m the owner and live in the flat myself along with two others. One of my flatmates is sadly moving on to a new job, so I’m looking for someone to join the household and take their place.

A little about me:
I like to keep the flat relatively quiet, clean, and tidy. I enjoy having friends over to socialise/play games/watch TV, however having my own space is important to me and I would certainly be respectful of yours! I like to get active, particularly squash, bouldering & hiking.

The rent for available room is £650pcm. This does not include bills, bills are split equally among flatmates including me. Bills are typically in the region of £150pcm per person, including council tax (band C), fibre broadband, gas, electricity and water.

Undergrad students, couples, people with pets, and smokers would not be a good fit.
