Good basement room with loo In Redland.

There is a garden, space for a bike if you need, and there is also free on street parking, walking distance to city centre, and there are also plenty of bus connections.
There are 5 of us living here.
The bathrooms, shower, kitchen and communal areas are kept clean.
To note I didn't onw the property I managed it for the owner, but I'm also live here.
The house is old fashion but everything works and it had a great homely vibe.
Obs. the room have a loo which you don't have share with others lodgers but shower you will be using the main one in house.
Smoke is allowed in the garden. and short term can be considered.
