Double room in Redland

We're two girls and a boy looking for a fourth housemate to share our space for 3 months. Our other housemate is currently away in Australia!!
The bedroom is available from mid April with a bit of flexibility and will come with a bed and mattress (potential option for rest of furniture to be left in the room). The rent is £672.50 per month, not including bills - usually the bills come to about £120 per person including council tax (band C). The house has a lovely spacious kitchen and living room. One bathroom shared between three of the rooms (one of the current tenants bedroom is ensuite). This room is on the first floor, next to the kitchen, living room and bathroom. A communal balcony is accessed through this bedroom which we still want to be able to use as a house!

Anna is currently working as a camera operator, Callum works for the NHS, and Annabelle works in travel. During the week we enjoy cozy nights in, watching films and TV shows, as well as leisurely walks around the downs, or drink at the local pub.

We're looking for a friendly, tidy/ clean housemate who will fit in well with our relaxed vibe, someone who's up for socialising but also values their own space.
