Double room in Redland

We are two girls and a boy looking for a fourth housemate to share our space!
The bedroom is available 10th March.
The rent is £697.50 per month, not including bills - usually bills come to about £140 pp including council tax band C.

The house has a lovely spacious kitchen and living room. One bathroom shared between three of the rooms (one of the current tenants bedroom is ensuite). The available room is on the first floor, next to the kitchen, living room and bathroom. A balcony is accessed through this bedroom which we like to be able to use communally when convenient.

We enjoy cozy nights in, watching films/ TV shows, as well as running, tennis, or a pub quiz/ drink at the local pub.

We are looking for a friendly tidy housemate, who cleans up after themselves and who will fit into our house!
