Double Room Available in Lovely House in Redland

Hey!

We’re Abbie, Amelia and Georgia and we’re looking for a new person to move into the extra room as our current housemate is sadly leaving. (Sadly the dog isn’t included!)

We want someone that will move in and be part of our little family. We love hanging out, watching tv in the evenings, and going out for walks/road trips/dinner, but also respect each other’s space.

Hobbies of ours include photography, running, tennis, swimming, road trips, walking/hiking, travel, and more!

We like to keep the house clean and tidy so someone who is tidy and organised is a must.

THE ROOM:
It’s a gorgeous south-facing double room, meaning you get lots of natural light in the day. You could fit a desk in, if needed. The bed comes with the room, along with the chest of drawers. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two of us and the other has an en-suite.

THE HOUSE:
It’s a two storey terrace house on Redland Road. We’ve got an open plan kitchen and living room, utility, downstairs toilet & back courtyard area. There’s 4 rooms (one with en-suite) and an office which one of the girls uses as she WFH.

LOCATION:
The house is located on Redland Road, very close to Redland Green and only 5 minutes to The Downs (ideal in summer). We’re also in between Whiteladies & Gloucester Road (10 minute walks) so perfect for shopping, going out for dinner, or drinks. City centre is about 30 minute walk too.

THE NITTY & GRITTY:

Bills around £120 each month (will vary on season though)
No pets allowed
Professionals only, no students and no couples

The contract is for 9 months (with a small rent increase in March 2025) starting end of September, so we’re looking for someone to move in end of September/start of October.
