Two studios in sociable 10 bed house

We’re looking for two new roommates to join our lil community, all are welcome. So when writing to us please tell us about yourself! :)

About us -> we are all young professionals and the majority of us work Monday-Friday (9-5). We're sociable, like doing sport together, going to the pub, little days out (Recently went wild swimming and a walk Wales), house dinners, festivals/events, wild swimming etc. Although this is not a party house, we do have the occasional gathering if we're all going to the same event (Forwards/ LSTD) or someone's birthday, etc. Even though its 10 people we all make an effort to keep the communal areas clean and tidy

About the rooms -> We have two studio apartments available in a 10 bed house share in Redland - 4mins walk from the Downs. they come with their own kitchenettes and ensuites with showers. There is a garden out the front and back which we share with our neighbours.

Some bills are included in the monthly rent (council tax, WiFi, electricity of the communal areas) except for electricity and water for your room - each room has it's own meter. We do have a communal lounge/kitchen, where you can cook or watch tv. No parking, but there are a couple of non-permit roads (5min walk away) which majority of us use.
