Short term let - Double en-suite (Bills inc!)

Hi!

We are Tom & Maddy (both 28) and we are looking for a new housemate to come and join us in a cosy 2-bed house in Redland for a Short Term Let of approximately 2 months.

We are both social, tidy and easy-going professionals. Tom works in project management and Maddy is a primary school teacher.

We have a cat called Pig, she’s super chill either snoozing or exploring outside.

During weekdays, we are usually quite busy with work, but we often spend time cooking and chatting in the kitchen in the evenings. We also try to make time to do things as a house when we can. It would be great to find someone who is social, but we also appreciate that everyone's got their own stuff going on as well.

THE ROOM
The room is a double with its own bathroom and comes furnished. We are really relaxed with what you would want to do with it - add or remove furniture as you like. (There is now a wardrobe in place of the armchair).
The bathroom's not a looker but boy she has good water pressure 🚿🛀

THE HOUSE 🏠
Downstairs there's an open plan kitchen/living room and we also have a private patio garden out the back, perfect for a night round the firepit with a few drinks :)

THE AREA🍻
The house is on a really quiet residential street but also really close to all the shops so it's in a fantasic location.
- Sainos/Tesco -- 1 minute walk
- Burra (cafe) -- 1 minute walk.
- The downs - 2 minute walk.
- City Centre - 30 minute walk.
- 5 pubs... -- 5 min walk

Rent is £875 a month including all bills and the room is available from around the 15th December.
