Peaceful Large Double Room in the heart of Redland

We're looking for someone to take over a tenancy in our flat in a beautiful old victorian building just off from Whiteladies Road.

650PCM (rising to 720PCM from August) - this is a room, however you are sharing a tenancy of a flat. So will need guarantors etc. This flat does not come with a living room. Deposit is 1st months rent.

The room has a big sash window looking out onto a private car parking space (included in the rent) and is very quiet. It also comes with a functioning sink, sort of a 1/2 ensuite I suppose. It comes with a desk, chair, wardrobe and mattress. It does not come with bed frame unfortunately. The bathroom is next-door, and the kitchen is just down the corridor. The flat comes with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, hob etc, all working perfectly. Responsive landlord who will fix any problems that may occur. The kitchen is via the living room, which is a bedroom, so hours are ever so slightly restricted.

The flat is just off from Whiteladies Road, so has very easy access to Clifton Down station, as well as being just 75m from the nearest bus stop with links into the town centre. Clifton Down is just a short walk up the hill too.

A bit about ourselves: I'm a 25 year old hospitality professional, and my flatmate is works in marketing. We're both friendly people and easy going, although due to our work hours we don't really see each other much as a flat, however it would be nice to have someone we can socialise with! My flatmate is looking for another female for herself, so that's preferential although with the right fit it won't really matter.
