Looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room in a lovely 2 bed flat in Redland. The flat is really nice and the estate agent has been great. We've had no issues since December and it gets lots of natural light. It's 5 minutes from Clifton Down station/big Sainsburys.

The rent is 750. The room available is the bigger room. It's fully furnished.

Bills come to around £200/month.

I work from home in the lounge so need someone who will be respectful during the day.

Move in from August 1st but can be a little flexible by a week or two. The contract ends February 2025 and will then be 1 month rolling.

I moved to Bristol at the start of the year and really like it. Looking for someone who is up for being friends, sociable, happy to watch things together in the evening.
