Fully furnished double bedroom in Redland.

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate in a lovely 2 bedroom flat, for a minimum of 9 months starting in July.

The room is a bright double on the first floor and has all furnishings (bed, desk, chest of drawers, clothes rail, bookshelf) rent is £600 plus bills which are £190.

The flat is in a lovely area just off Coldharbour Road, right next to Redland Green. There’s a bus stop literally at the end of the street and more buses about a 7 minute at the top of the Downs. The flat also comes with my two lovely cats 🐱

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and shares my tidy-ness/cleanliness levels - not a complete neat freak but not a slob either and has a direct sense of communication.
An animal lover (particularly cats) is essential!
I enjoy a hang out as well as alone time so someone who’s up for a pub visit or games night etc would be lovely.

Someone of my gender and approximate age (29 female) would be a plus but not a requirement!
