2 rooms available in friendly 10 bed house-share!

Hello!

We are a friendly 10-bed house share who are looking for new housemates as it has come time to wave goodbye to 2x housemates who are moving out of Bristol for new adventures! Our landlord requires a 50/50 gender split so we are looking to replace 1x male and 1x female or non binary persons to keep this balance, must be between the ages of 24 and 33. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly home. Sorry, no students!

About the rooms
Room 1: AVAILABLE 1ST AUGUST
Small ground floor room looking out to the front garden with high ceilings. £675 a month, all bills included.

Room 2: AVAILABLE 19TH JULY
Mid sized middle floor room facing the back garden with lots of natural light, again with high ceilings. This will be repainted and a new floor will be added before moving in and this is £695 a month, all bills included.

Rooms require deposit (1x months rent). DSS accepted, deposit protection scheme in place. Sadly no pets allowed 😞

About the location:
Located in Redland, it’s 10 minute walk from the downs and Whiteladies Road and super close to Redland station, Cotham and a short walk to Gloucester Road!

About the housemates:
We are all very sociable and easy going people who love outdoorsy activities, live music and dancing (a few of the house mix), cooking, watching movies, crafts, climbing, bike rides, DIY, yoga, drinks at the pub - the list goes on! We love to hang out together and you’ll never find yourself without someone to chat to, but at the same time we are all respectful of people’s space and downtime and all enjoy our own space at times too. It's a big enough house (3 floors) that it never feels too hectic. Everyone works full time, mostly Mon-Fri, so weekdays are chilled. The shared areas are kept clean and tidy and everyone does their bit to keep the house looking nice. We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight, but it's very important that you clean up after yourself and are respectful of the shared spaces.

The house is very big, with three floors with a bathroom per floor, a spooky basement, front and back gardens, a huge open plan kitchen/diner, plenty of amenities, free street parking and loads space for everyone so it never feels too hectic or cramped.

If you think you'd be a good fit, please message me a paragraph about yourself and your interests, why you think you might wanna live with us etc, as we are looking for someone to join who we will get along with/become friends with and not just a room to fill!
