Double room with sunny balcony

I am sadly having to leave this beautiful flat as am moving away. My current flatmate Miriam, has been so welcoming and lovely to move in with, a great cook and person to hang out and chill with, but also very respectful of your own space. It's such a great place for the summer, with a large balcony that we like to barbecue and watch the sun go down on. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, as Im planning to sell some of my furniture anyway. Im relatively flexible on move in, I would like to move early august but could be flexible on the dates as moving in with friends.
