It is double, sunny side, I just washed the curtains and the windows :D
There are two other people in the property - love them to the bits, they are nice, Louise and Will. Landlord is quite responsive and can answer your questions. Tho, he is seeking for a working professional for 1 year rent contract minimum, non smoker and with references.
The location of a flat is pretty decent - easy to get to Whiteladies, Glouschester road and to the City center (approx 20 mins). Bunch of good pubs, coffee shops. Big Sainsbury 10 mins away. Clifton Downs are 15 mins walk.
