Description

We are on the hunt for a third flatmate to replace our friend who is relocating for work. The room available is a spacious double room with a large double-glazed window, it's very light and west-facing (sunset!) Our flatmate who is leaving would like to leave the bed, mattress, clothes rail, a shelving unit (ikea!) if you want these items. The flat is essentially on Gloucester road, but the room available faces the back so doesn't get the street noise. We have a living room and a kitchen, all furnished, and plenty of fridge space.
The two of us who are staying are Bethan (23), who works for the NHS with ambitions to be a comedian, and Jamie (23) who is a cafe/bar assistant with ambitions to be a translator. We are both queer and also vegetarian, but we are of course open to living with anyone.
Bills aren't included in rent, bills including council tax are around 130 per month. Council tax band B.
Photos are from over a year ago, all rooms have since had double glazing installed.
Landlord is friendly and very responsive to issues.
