Double room in flat in Redland

Hi there, I’m Louise and I’m moving out of our lovely three bed, top floor flat in Redland. I’m looking for a replacement to join the current housemates Will and Flavia from 3rd August.

The rent is £700 + bills (this is normally around £150 but depends on the heating so goes down a lot outside of winter!), and the deposit is £500.

I have absolutely loved my time at the flat - the location is amazing, smack bang in the middle of Whiteladies and Gloucester Road, so we’re surrounded by all the great things :) Redland train station is also under a 5 min walk away. The flag itself is spacious and the room is large - big enough for a sofa, chair and desk. It also boasts a large built in wardrobe, which is great for storing everything in!

Will and Flavia have recently moved in (in the last month) and are are both super sociable, enjoy a calm, tidy space - so they’re looking for someone who shares a similar lifestyle. They are looking for someone who works 9-5 (professionals preferably please), is easygoing and happy to treat the place like home (and keep it clean and tidy - relatively!). Will works out of the flat and Flavia works from home now and then. They are hoping to get some new bits of furniture for the flat when the new housemate moves in, if needed :)
