The flat itself is super spacious and the bedroom is very large, beautiful old features with 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen (all shared). The current flatmates are two female professionals and would be looking for someone similar age, they are social and very easy to get along but are also independent.
Rent is £675 per month, bills not included - these come to around £150 - £200 per month. There will be a deposit to pay, this will be discussed.
There is one parking space available as neither of my current flat mates drive, this is off the road on the drive.
