Hey! We are looking for a housemate to join us in our three bed flat in Redland.
It's a nice double room that comes with views over Redland towards Clifton down. The room comes with a double bed (not the one shown in pic), though you are welcome to bring your own.
The flat itself is spacious and airy with a nice, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing & drying machine and a gas hob. The living room is the central communal hub of the house where we like to eat together and hang out. Upstairs you also have access to a shared large bathroom with separate shower and a freestanding bath, and there is a lovely roof terrace with views across Redland/Cotham towards the downs.
The flat itself is located on a quiet side street in Redland, a short walk from Clifton Down shopping centre & train station, and not far from Gloucester Road and Redland station. The city centre is a 15-20 minute walk from the flat.
Monthly rent includes the ground rent for the building. Gas, electricity, water, council tax (band c), wifi and TV license would be split equally on top. You can also buy a permanent or visitors parking permit if you need one. Bills are approx £185 in addition to the rent.
The room will be ready for someone to move in Sunday September 8th.
A little about us guys: I'm a 29y/o working for a bank and Rupert a 29 y/o civil servant. We’re both into music/gigs, getting outdoors, cooking up storms, good film and television. We tend to cook for each other a couple of times a week.
The ideal flatmate would be of similar age, and hold similar interests. Rupert works from home the majority of the week and I work full time in central Bristol, with the occasional day from home - someone with a similar working pattern would be ideal; to be clear, this isn’t a party house, and we would like someone who understands this, alongside being clean and tidy. We are social and friendly, but equally like to relax and have a quiet evening.
