We are renting out the third room in the flat. It’s currently got just a double mattress in but it’s fairly spacious.
Flat is in Redland, 5 minute walk to the downs, Gloucester Road and Whiteladies. It’s a top floor flat.
Flat is really chilled, we’re both fairly busy and play a lot of sport. Do both work from home 3 ish days a week which is also worth mentioning.
Ideally looking for someone who is friendly and is up for a laugh. We're not clean freaks but equally we respect the flat and look after it.
Just in process of sorting some pictures and a lick of paint so please bare with, feel free to give me a call if you want to find out more.
