Short-term Room Available in Redland Flat

I'm heading off on a 4-month sabbatical to travel, so I'm looking for someone to fill my room while I'm away. The room is available from November 1st to March 1st.

The flat is a lovely second-floor, 2-bedroom space in Redland, Bristol—just a 2-minute walk from Redland train station and a 10-minute walk to either Gloucester Road or Whiteladies Road.

You'll be sharing the flat with a friendly, easy-going woman in her early 30s. The atmosphere here is relaxed, clean, and quiet.

The room and flat are fully furnished, but there's a bit of space if you'd like to bring along some of your own furniture—I'm happy to chat about it!

Rent is £650 per month, with bills coming in at around £150 per month.
