Renovated flat, double room in Redland with garden

Hello,
I’m Charlie 33, I own my flat and I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom.
It’s a lovely double room over looking the garden and get lots of morning sun. The flat is a short walk from whitelaides Road, on a very quiet road. The flat itself is very well up together and tidy. We have a great kitchen dining area and a lounge that opens up on to the garden. There is one bathroom that would be shared, the whole flat other than the kitchen was all recently renovated.
I would ideally like someone Monday to Friday, however I’m very happy to look at 7 days a week. The rent is based on 7 days a week, but open to other fixed days. I’m clean and tidy, and would like someone who is also.
I am looking for a mature person to live with, the house is nice and peaceful and occasionly have people over but tend to go out for meals me drinks more than have people over. My evenings are often spent at home cooking going to the gym, walking the dog, watching TV or reading a book if I’m not out seeing friends or family.
I don’t work from home and I’m often out the house most days by 8.30 and back around 5/7pm.
I have a wonderful little dog , she great with people but perhaps not the house if you have any allergies or are nervous around dogs.

Important to note, I have a 6 year old daughter. She lives with me 4 nights a week on average. She is wonderfully behaved and chatty a great person to be around. She is in bed every night by 6.30/7pm(latest!) evenings are important time to relax! ☺️ we have a busy life outside of the house, so weekends we are often out a fair bit. I would ask only females apply and someone who is comfortable living with us both and a non smoker.
