Looking for someone to join 5-bed houseshare ASAP

Hi there! My name's Libby and I am currently looking for a 5th person to join our houseshare ASAP as someone just dropped out yesterday and we need to sign the contract by the end of tomorrow! The four of us are young professionals who have just graduated from different universities (aged between 21-23). The house is really lovely and in a quiet and safe area of Redland, three floors, 750ppcm without bills, with a garden, shared living room, dishwasher/washing machine/tumble dryer and two bathrooms. The bedroom available (in the attached pictures) is on the ground floor with lovely natural light and a very spacious walk-in wardrobe.
