Double Room Available

Hello hello!

We have two double rooms available to rent in our characterful house in Redland from X on a rolling contract 😊 We are aiming to do viewings soon but haven’t decided dates, we’ll make sure we're all around to meet you 😊

Anna and Nikki are moving out so you'll be living with Jonny (24) who works in marketing, his girlfriend Lila (23) who works in hospitality, and Inaki (30) who works in engineering as well as another housemate moving at a similar time to you! They're all lovely with a range of interests including surfing, cycling, skateboarding, music, baking, watching films and going to the pub. In our down time we are pretty chill, we like to hang out in evenings when we can, socialising over dinner or the odd pub trip but generally are all quite independent. We are not a party house but occasionally enjoy going out for drinks with each other or friends.

The house is split over three floors. One available room is on the basement floor street side, the other is on the top floor garden side. They are both spacious and furnished including double bed and chest of drawers as well as a built in wardrobe space and each have a character fireplace. We have a shared living room, two bathrooms (including bath), utility room, a small garden space, and a lovely kitchen with a dishwasher. The location is ideal on a quiet street off Chandos road with permit parking, 5 minutes walk to Redland train station and Whiteladies, and a 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road.

Rent is £650, and bills work out at roughly £100 to £120 each month (we split council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband). The deposit is £320 and the agency will need you to provide a reference.
