Musical detached home in Redland

Hello! I am renting the upstairs double bedroom of my beautiful detached house, which will be unfurnished. I apologize in advance if my responses take some time, as I receive lots of messages. I recommend starting with a video call to get to know each other better.

Here’s a bit about the current housemates:

Zahra: I am Irish/Moroccan (she/they) and currently studying creative arts therapies at Ashly Down. I love music and host jam nights around Bristol, so there’s always a musical vibe in the house. I also enjoy arts and crafts and host board game nights occasionally, with the hope to make them a weekly event.

Sambee: My other housemate is Nigerian and also passionate about music. They work as a student advisor, and we share fun, giggly evenings making music or watching TV together. We respect each other’s personal space and enjoy evenings spent focusing on our individual activities as well.

Lylah: My daughter is with us half the week. She just started school, and her father and I have a very amicable co-parenting arrangement, ensuring a warm and supportive atmosphere.

In our shared home, we have a BBQ/fire pit in the garden where we enjoy inviting friends over occasionally, and we also have a hot tub that’s currently in the garage until we have a week of dry weather. Once we clear it out, there's potential to set it up inside the garage.
