Hello! I'm offering the unfurnished upstairs double room in our beautiful detached house. £800 bills included
Please bear with me if I'm a little slow to reply – I get a lot of messages! I find a quick video call is a great way for us to say hello first.
A little about your potential housemates:
Zahra (me!): A 29-year-old Irish/Moroccan (she/they), I've just finished a degree in creative arts therapies and work with children. I love music and host jam nights, and I'm also into arts, crafts, and board game nights (hoping to make them weekly!). We all enjoy swimming, badminton, afrobeats, cycling, and movie nights.
Samuel: A 29 year old Nigerian he/him who is also passionate about music and works as a student advisor. We have fun, giggly evenings making music or watching TV, but we equally value quiet time for our own hobbies.
Lylah: My daughter is with us half the week (she's in Year 2). Her father and I have a warm, supportive co-parenting arrangement.
We love our shared home, which has a garden with a BBQ/fire pit for occasional get-togethers. We also have a hot tub, currently stored in the garage awaiting a dry spell to set it up!
