Large double room in Redland

My housemate is off to Australia so looking for someone to take over her room. It is a large partly furnished double room just off whiteladies road. The rest of the flat is already furnished currently. There is a large living room and a small double room that we currently use as a dinning room/laundry room but doubles up as a guest room when needed. The flat is a short walking distance from the downs and Clifton down station.

I'm a 30 year old nurse in Bristol who loves cooking and has bordering on ridiculous amount of plants. I'm a fairly active and sociable person who has recently started running but has so far managed to avoid triathlons and bouldering despite being in Bristol for over 3 years.

I'm looking for someone easy to live with who enjoys some social times together but happy to be independent and do their own thing.

No students due to landlord restrictions.
Hybrid workers ok, preferably not WFH due to my shift working.
Successful candidate will require reference checks and deposit through abode lettings.
