Description
Hey!
My name is Rubin, I am the live in landlord but I hope this won't put you off too much, I have been doing this a long time and so generally have a good hold of things.
I also live with my great friend Henry who decided to live together since last October, I actually wanted to find a place for us both to rent so it was equal dynamics but became acutely aware of the dire situation in Bristol and so we decided to live in my house, which is really nice, well maintained, in a great area and a lovely space.
We are pretty calm, clean and considerate. Our party days are mostly behind us so generally we like to live a healthy lifestyle, relatively early nights and mornings and sometimes we share meals but regularly share conversations and hijinks!
We are both outdoorsy and creative types, both practice music (Henry guitar, me drums), enjoy going to gigs and club nights some times hanging out with our mutual friends, having wide variety of open discussions and general having a nice time!
Henry is a Forest School teacher by trade, but also spends a lot of his evenings practicing circus rope and semi regular trips to Sheffield to see his partner.
I am a carpenter type, I also own a Pet Shop (random!) and am increasingly inviting in hippie like tendencies, including, yoga classes and morning meditation practice on the downs.
We would like to find someone extra to share living in this space with us, could it be you? I hope so!
We have a room available from the 8th of November, and while we are not in a hurry to fill it particularly it would also be nice to just get stuck in (plus I really struggle with spare room as I am sure you can relate to!).
The house is super well kitted out, there are multiple communal areas (depending on their level of refurbishment), a secure garage for a bike and extra storage in the house for your bits and bobs, in-fact the room in question has it's own loft space.
You will be sharing a bathroom with just Henry and the room can come semi-furnished or unfurnished.
The rent is all inclusive of bills. council tax, Electricity, Gas and Water. Internet and other bits and bobs.
In terms of rent length of stay this can be quite flexible, we are happy to discuss short term let options and no need for a deposit but I ask that the room and house is suitably cared for and I ask to be given as much heads up as possible about your plans to move out.
If you like the sound of this and us please get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself because we really can get a lot of responses so it really helps us out. Then we can get you over for a cup of tea (or you can try our kombucha)!
Thank you ^_^
Rubin & Henry (oh, and we have a very lovely cat called Softy who lives here too)
