Room to rent on leafy road in Redland

Hello :)

My name is Rubin, I am the live in owner for a lovely and well maintained house in Redland which I have lived in for 10 years now!

I ran the house as a 4/5 person house share which was great fun but a couple of years ago decided to live solo but enjoy having company and have a couple of rooms not being utilised.

I can offer on a case by case basis short term lets (2 weeks to a month) and that this might be valuable to some people.

I am calm, clean, considerate, ‘grounding’ and independent but also sociable and enjoy deep chats about psychology, philosophy and less intense topics. My party days are mostly in the past so generally I like to live a healthy lifestyle, relatively early nights and mornings, seeing friends, going to yoga, cooking, being outdoors, having wide topic open discussions, making music, going to open mics and doing carpentry (I am currently in the planning stages of building a music practice studio in the garden) so it would be great to connect with people who have similar interests and values, even if it's short term!

I am a carpenter type by trade (ish) but I also own a local very old Pet Shop (random!) and am increasingly inviting in hippie like tendencies, including, yoga classes and morning meditation practice on the downs.

The house is super well kitted out having been for 4/5 people in the past, there are multiple communal areas (depending on their level of refurbishment), a secure garage for a bike and extra storage in the house for your bits and bobs, in-fact the room in question has it's own loft space.

There is a bathroom that would be yours but also possibly shared with another person as technically I have two rooms available.

The rent is all inclusive of bills. council tax (band F), Electricity, Gas and Water. Internet and other bits and bobs.

What's most important to me is like any house share that I would like to know about you and I would like to have people come and stay here who I could imagine being friends with.
