Double room available on Cheltenham Road

Hiya!
We are 2 final year medical students (girls) and 1 PGCE student (boy) looking for a new tenant to fill our 4-bed student house.

The room available is the biggest of the 4 at the top of the house, it’s furnished with a large double bed, armchair etc. and walk in wardrobe (photos attached are from a video).

The bathroom, living room and kitchen are all shared and we’re looking for someone who is tidy, clean and respectful.

As we are students, we are exempt
from paying council tax so if you are professional, please bear this in mind. The tax band is B in bristol so £1913.60 for 2024-25.

Parking permit is available at £200 per year (council price).

There is a patio out the front with a big table and chairs, behind the Coconut Tree.

We are a social bunch however have early starts and long days in the week so preferably someone who also has a similar schedule/is respectful noise wise. But we love a pub trip and film nights!

Rent is £690ppm as stated, deposit of £726 and bills are ~£55 (water, wifi and energy).

Great location for uni students as only 25 min walk from UOB with reliable bus links, 15 min walk to city centre and great buses up and down Gloucester road.

Two of us have lived here for 2 years already so it’s a great place to live!
