Double Room just off Cotham Hill

Hello! I’m Grace! I’m a single 28 year old creative freelancer looking for someone to fill the other room in the flat! It is £700 a month not including bills. It is council tax band B.
I feel very lucky to live where I do - it’s just off Cotham Hill so there is so much going on but also feels pretty peaceful and not too noisy. A perfect spot if you like going out for coffee and brunch. There is a big Sainsbury’s, a gym, post office and everything you might need need 2 min walk away. We also have a small car park.
I’m a vocal coach and very involved in the theatre! Love all things music and would love to see more - love funk, soul etc and ofcourse the musicals 😎
Love a chill night infront of rubbish tv or a good thriller and would love to meet someone to live with who can be a friend and enjoy doing these things together! I am clean and tidy and would be looking for somebody respectful to keep the flat looking nice as some of it I have renovated myself! Looking forward to hearing from you!
