Large Room Available In Lovely Flat In Redland

We have a large double bedroom available from 21st December in our lovely top-floor flat just off Whiteladies Road. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and built in sink area. The rent is £634 a month.

Our lovely flatmate Lauren is leaving us to move in with her new wife. We are looking for someone to move in on a minimum 6 months contract from mid December. As we are in our late 20's/ early 30s, ideally someone of a similar age would be preferred. We like to keep the place tidy and are respectful of each other. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any students, couples or pets.

You would be living with Hamish and myself.
Hamish works in Urban Planning. Works mostly in the office Monday to Friday, but will occasionally work from home. When not working he enjoys running, socialising and is an all round lovely man!
I work as a professional drag artist and also work two days a week teaching dance at a performing arts college. The drag work means I am often away weekends, but every week is different really.
We are both very social, enjoy a few drinks at the pub and a good chat in the kitchen. We also appreciate our own space and are respectful of that.
We certainly consider this a home rather than a few rooms in shared house.

Our plan is to invite anyone we think might be a good fit to view the flat in person (ideally on the evening of Monday 2nd December - there might be a possibility to do other times too..)
