I’m looking to welcome you to this beautiful flat in the heart of Redland 200 yards from the train station.

I’m a professional garden designer and gardener. If you’re still in your party era then maybe this isn’t the right fit for you, it’s essentially a home that you can look forward to winding down and relaxing but there is a kitchen disco occasionally.

The room is furnished and there’s also a small table/desk that can be put up. The height of the bed allows for a huge amount of storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped but there’s room if you have your own things, a vegetarian would be preferred. The garden is a glorious space to relax in during the summer, it’s south facing.

Wi-Fi is included, other bills are reasonable:- elec is shared, my maximum bill in January was £135, minimum in July was £30 - just to give you a rough idea. The water is shared, CT band A will be about £50 a month.
