Large double room in great location

Hi! I’m Hannah and unfortunately I am having to move out of this lovely flat to relocate for work. Below is a message from my two amazing flatmates who are looking for someone to fill the third room. Please send a message and hopefully we can arrange a viewing!

Hello, we are two young professionals, aged 23, looking for a third flatmate (sorry no students!) for a garden flat just off Whiteladies Road near Clifton Down station. It’s a 25 minute walk to the centre, with lots of transport links, shops and pubs nearby.

The tenancy would run from 15th/16th January 2025 until 5th July 2024, with the possibility to continue beyond that on a rolling tenancy. The price of the room would be £730 per month, not including bills or council tax. The room is very large and furnished with a king-sized bed, two cupboards, 2 chests of drawers, a very large desk and 2 bedside tables. The flat also has a lovely garden with garden furniture, a shed, and a BBQ.

We are both musicians and studied physics and maths at Bristol uni. We’re relaxed, friendly and sociable and appreciate a film night as much as a couple pints at the pub. Felicity would be working from home 3 days a week and so we would prefer the house to be relatively quiet during the working hours on those days. However, outside of that time, we’re happy for the house to be more lively.
