The flat is spacious with a decent sized kitchen and bathroom which are both kitted with everything you need.
There are two housemates, one master's student and one PHD studier who will be working alongside his studies.
The flat itself sits in a really great area, super close to Clifton down for any runners and about 2 minuts away from Whiteladies road for all your shopping needs with plenty of coffee shops to get your morning wake up. There are convenience stores about 5 mins away and big supermarkets like 10/15 mins on foot.
The kitchen has all typical amenities including dishwasher, oven, kettle, big fridge freezer and microwave. Bathroom is kitted with everything you would expect.
Onto the bedroom, which is the largest in the house, loads of storage (the bed is an ottoman so plenty of storage underneath as well).
The steps lead up to the private study, perfect if you want a cosy film space or a space to use as an office (which is my main purpose for the room at the moment).
The rent sits at £760 per month and with bills on top it hits around £930ish all in. Deposit is £750. I have set the date to move in as 01/02 but if you need earlier, we can discuss this.
The landlords are Hannah and Jack who are currently living in Australia, but their folks are near Bristol for any emergencies.
