Double Room to rent in cozy Redland flat!

We're looking for a new housemate to come and join us in our five-bed Redland flat from the 10th Feb!

Our flat is very spacious and in a great location (BS6) between Whiteladies and Gloucester Road. The rent is £500 per month without bills. Bills vary each month, but we would expect them to be no more than £150 on average, including council tax. The room is a good size, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and built in wardrobe. We have a big lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms. We also have access to a sunny shared garden. Our agency is Clifton and Butlers. The deposit is six weeks' rent which is put into a deposit protection scheme. We do accept DSS. No pets allowed.

You’ll be living with four lovely gals. I'm 26 and work in marketing, Pippa is 25 and works in consultancy, Anna is 26 and works in finance and Sophie is 25 and works in intelligence. While we all have our own lives and routines outside of the flat, we love to do things together, whether that's cooking, watching telly, going to the pub, going for walks etc. It would be ideal if you want to be friends with the people you're living with, as this is the current setup we have :)

We are looking for female flatmates between the age of 24 and 30, preferably with a similar working pattern to us (weekdays 9-5). No couples since the rooms are single occupancy only.
