Double room in quiet flat in Redland (2 bathrooms)

Hi all !

We are Callum (English, 26) and Florian (Belgian, 30), and looking for a new flatmate to fill in the last room.

The flat is furnished, the common room is quite large, and we have the luxury of having two bathrooms (bathrooms queues are rare). The available room is the decent size (4x4m) opposite the street side, so very quiet. There is on street parking with a permit. We live a few minutes from the Downs (perfect for a jog) and Redland station, and about 30 min by foot from the centre.

Callum and I are quite easy to live with, we do our own things most of the time but always happy to share a few drinks. We appreciate the place to be tidy and clean, but we are not overly strict about it. We are looking for a like-minded individual, bonus points if you like sports and chill evenings, but we are open to other types :)

The furniture in the previous housemate room is up for sale (bed, chair, wardrobe and drawers), he can give you a generous discount if you can avoid him the hassle of emptying the room ;).

The rent per person is £750/month, bills + council tax amount between £100-150/month (depending on heating etc). Rent agreement would be six months starting anytime in March.
