Excellent double room with ensuite in Redland

Wonderful fully furnished double room with ensuite available in a flat in Redland, a stone's throw away from the Downs. The flat (Council Tax band C) has a large sunny living room and an ample kitchen with all the normal bells and whistles. It's at most five minutes from the Downs, 10 minutes from Whiteladies Road, and 10 minutes from Redland station, and on-street parking (with permit) is available. In a nutshell, at this price, you are going to be extremely lucky to find something better.

About me: I'm Alex, I'm 26, and I teach maths at a secondary school down the road, because someone has to do it. I'm friendly, well-mannered, and respectful, and sometimes funny (jury's out on that one), but given that I am autistic and also how exhausting my job is, I do appreciate my own space (and of course respect that you will appreciate yours). That said, I'm always up for a run, something sporty, a gaming session (I have a Switch and will take any opportunity to use it) or the occasional pub quiz etc. I'm very low maintenance and usually keep myself to myself, so you will have access to the living room and kitchen pretty much whenever you want. There's plenty of storage in the living room and kitchen; bookshelves in the hall; a desk in the living room if you WFH; you even get your own full-sized fridge. Pretty good, right?
