V large bedroom in beautiful Redland house

Beautiful, sunny, room available in a lovely, early Victorian house in the heart of Redland. You will have the main bedroom upstairs, at the front of the house which has wooden floors, a super king size bed (almost new tempur mattress), and plenty of room for your things.
This room is available for a working professional who needs somewhere to stay during the week, and I would prefer that you are at work during the day as I work from a therapy room in the house. I am looking for someone who likes their own space, is quiet, kind and considerate. I don't socialise very much so am here most evenings and during the day as I work from a therapy room in the house, but I have a good sense of humour and am happy to chat so not a complete recluse!
You are welcome to use the kitchen for meals and there is a shared bathroom too - but in the evening I would prefer the living room to be used by me, but this is flexible. We have a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine which you are also welcome to use - but not a tumble dryer - there is a launderette close by however.
Redland is a gorgeous part of Bristol and is close to brilliant cafes, shops, parks (including Clifton Downs), gyms, and restaurants. We are close to Southmead and BRI hospitals, the University of Bristol, and it is easy to commute to Filton (Armed Forces) and to Temple Meads train station.
I share the house with my teenager (who is actually quite quiet), but they are only here for 2 nights during the week as I am a co-parent. I also have 2 lurchers who love a walk/run and or lying around. They aren't very hairy so this is useful if you have allergies.
Parking is on the street, and we could arrange a permit if your stay was going to be long term, Otherwise we are permit only from 9am - 5pm but the could be fine if you are out at work all day.
