Double en-suite room private balcony (inc. bills)

Hi there,

We are a couple (34 and 35) with a one year old baby girl living in Redland. Our existing tenant is moving out for 3 months so we have a free room for a short term let from 1 June - end of August.

This might be suitable for someone looking to stay in Bristol over the summer months or for someone in between moves etc.! We are also open to Monday to Friday lets (this is what our current tenant does!).

We appreciate that living with a little one won’t be for everyone but the room is right at the top of the house so feels very private and little if any noise travels up there. We have tested it!

The room is fully furnished and since the photos were taken we have added a desk, desk chair and a clothes hanger.

Included in the room is a double bed, side table, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, clothes rail and outdoor chairs on the balcony.

We’re quite flexible on furnishings if you’d like to bring your own items or remove ones you don’t need.

In terms of the rest of the house, it’s a Victorian terrace with 2 sitting rooms which would be shared, along with the kitchen. You can have storage in the kitchen and wherever else to help accommodate your things.

In terms of us, we are a married couple with a one year old baby who for the most part is a delight but does occasionally have a moan as toddlers do! We both have demanding jobs so our party days are firmly behind us and looking for someone self sufficient and flexible who will fit in.

Additional details:

Our house is located in Westbury Park, about a 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road and a 5 minute walk to Henleaze high street and 10 minute walk to the Downs. There are lots of good bus routes to the centre.

Bills included: council tax, electricity, water, high speed internet.

Parking: no parking restrictions on the road or around area. Rear access to property is available via a lane.

Appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, cupboard space, new four hob oven, microwave.
