Hello, we are a friendly 10-bed house share who are looking for a new housemate as it is time to wave goodbye to a friend! We are looking for a male, female or non-binary person to keep the balance in the house, must be between the age 24 and 34. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly home. Sorry, no students!
About the room:
A spacious well-lit double room on the top floor of the house. Comes furnished (some furniture may vary from photos). Rent is £695 with bills included and is available from the 30th of May. The room will require a deposit. DSS accepted, deposit protection scheme in place. Sadly no pets allowed 😞
About the location:
Located in Redland, it’s 10 minute walk from the downs and Whiteladies Road and super close to Redland station, Cotham and a short walk to Gloucester Road!
About the housemates:
We are all very sociable and easy going people who love outdoorsy activities, live music and dancing (a few of the house mix), cooking, watching movies, crafts, climbing, bike rides, DIY, yoga, drinks at the pub - the list goes on! We love to hang out together and you’ll never find yourself without someone to chat to, but at the same time we are all respectful of people’s space and downtime and all enjoy our own space at times too. It's a big enough house that it never feels too hectic. Everyone works full time, Mon-Fri, so weekdays are chilled. The shared areas are kept clean and tidy and everyone does their bit to keep the house looking nice. We have a cleaner come in once every two weeks who also cleans the communal area, which is included in the rent.
The house is very big, with three floors with a bathroom per floor, a spooky basement, front and back gardens, a huge open plan kitchen/diner, plenty of amenities, free street parking and loads of space for everyone so it never feels too hectic or cramped.
