The room is really spacious, has a double bed and is kept in great condition. The current flatmates are really nice, friendly and chill so I'm lucking for someone who match those vibes and who is really responsible:)
Bills come around £160 a month (including council tax). There is on-street parking with Permit Parking.
IMPORTANT: Rent and bills must be paid upfront as I would be paying to the landlord during these months.
