Looking for a flatmate to share a 3 bedroom flat in the heart of Redland. The flat is situated next to Redland train station, a 5 minute walk from Gloucester Road and 15 minutes from Clifton Down shopping center.

The double bedroom is available now and comes partially furnished with a bed frame and mattress, a desk and a wardrobe (shown in pictures). The rent is £580 pcm plus bills, which come to about £140 per month each. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC are shared.

You would be living with two professionals, Aphrodite (works in education) and Nir (works as a researcher). We are easygoing and friendly people with busy lives, who are always up for a chat or a drink when free. The landlord is very nice, relaxed, and quick to fix and replace things when needed.
