A spacious double room overlooking the Downs

A spacious, bright room in a shared flat overlooking the Downs, near the top of Whiteladies Road. The room comes furnished with a comfy king-size bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk. All bills are included in the rent.

The area has plenty of shops, cafes, and local amenities within walking distance, as well as public transport links. Bus routes 1, 2, 3, and 4 are nearby, as is the inner-city train. I manage comfortably without a car, but on-street parking is available with a council permit.

About Me

Hi, I’m Jan, and you’ll be living with me. At home, I’m friendly, tidy, and welcoming. I work full-time from home as a software developer. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, playing with my band, and exploring the outdoors.

I don’t drink or take drugs, and I’d ideally like to live with someone with a similar temperament. I enjoy having a laugh, interesting conversations about life, and eating well. I’m easy-going and open to living with most people, as long as we get along and the flat feels comfortable for both of us.

Accessibility

The flat includes a few accessibility features from a previous owner, and there is a ramp to the building entrance and a lift.

Important Note

I need a housemate who is mindful of cross-contamination, as I have coeliac disease and must avoid gluten. I’m very happy to live alongside any diet.
