Double room in family house with own living room

Lovely double room at the top of a large family house with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bureau. The rent also includes a private living room/office with a basin, sofa, desk and TV. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is shared with three people and you will get your own cupboard space, small fridge and a drawer in the freezer. The bathroom is shared with a 21-year old male. We are a 59-year old hospital consultant, a 55-year-old magazine editor and our 21-year-old son who works in primary school education. We are into rock climbing, gaming (we have a PS5, Oculus Quest, Switch etc) and our son is into anime and sometimes plays Magic the Gathering. We have a 21-year-old nephew studying at UWE who also stays with us most weekends.
