The room is £850 this includes council tax, but other utility bills are separate and would probably come to around £80/100+. A deposit of £850 is also required, 3 rooms on each floor of a 2 story house, each floor also has its own bathroom. Kitchen also includes tumble drier, and dishwasher. Each room will also have it's own lock installed on your door. Spacious garden connected to conservatory, with bike storage also planned.

Room will be blank except for a long double drawer from Ikea

Parking is available on a permit basis, costs can be discussed if you have a car.
