Hello!
I've been living with Annie, Laura and Emma for the past 18 months and couldn't have wished for a more lovely, wholesome house share - I will be gutted to leave! I've unfortunately had a change in personal circumstances and need to leave Bristol, so this room is available until March 2026.
The girls love going out for coffee/brunch and wouldn't say no to a few drinks! Annie and Laura play tag rugby, Emma enjoys cycling - all the girls are active and enjoy the outdoors.
Ideal housemates would be outgoing, sociable, friendly females. Looking for likeminded people who they will get on with/become friends with. It would also be nice to do some house dinners and watch TV together.
THE ROOM -
It is a large double with double built in wardrobes and cupboards to fit all belongings and enough room for a desk - ideal space to work from home if needed! The room is in the middle floor of the house and can be furnished or not (the bed frame and mattress are mine and would be happy to negotiate selling to new tenant).
The living room is furnished with sofa, cuddle chair, tv, dining table and chairs. There are two bathrooms (inc. 2 showers).
The house is in a great location - walking distance from The Downs, Whiteladies road, Gloucester road and the city centre. If you have a car there is free on street parking and/or a large garage for a bike. There's also two gardens - very well maintained by the girls who are fab gardeners!
The cost of the room does not include all bills/council tax - these are currently around £123 per month.
